Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly send an email requesting for return along with its reason. Also state your transaction id & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice. In your return email please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office.

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded back if the pick-up has been arranged by us.

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery , we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. Zigmakart will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
